These Terms of Service govern your use of the LPRP platform and services provided by LPRP, Inc.

Service Description

LPRP provides an AI-assisted LP letter drafting platform. The platform ingests portfolio data, generates letter drafts, and facilitates GP review and approval before distribution to limited partners.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload and for reviewing all generated content before distribution. LPRP drafts letters — you author them. Every letter requires explicit GP approval at Gate 2 before it can be sent to LPs.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload and all letters generated from your data. LPRP does not use your data to train models or share it with other customers. Your data is tenant-isolated.

Limitation of Liability

LPRP provides drafting assistance and is not a registered investment adviser. The platform does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for the content of communications sent to your limited partners.
